Interior Accessible Lighting
GarmatŪ USA utilitzed only the best in T8 color corrected fluorescent bulbs. Each Zephyr cabin in equipped with 14-four tube interior accessible fixtures.
Easy Access Filters
The Zephyr cabins are standard with 3-stage filtration. High quality filtration is the first step to a clean paint job. Ceiling filter racks are designed to allow for ease of replacement.
Heavy Duty Hinges

The Zephyr utilizes custom designed door hinges.

1 – Horizontal and vertical adjustment enables proper door alignment.
2 – Nylon filler grommets minimize daily wear and tear of the hinge.
3 – Grease zerk fitting for ease of lubrication.

Insulated Panels
The Zephyr cabin in constructed of durable powder coated, fully insulated solid interlocking wall panels. The panels are designed to prevent heat loss into the surrounding shop and for greater efficiency during the back cycle. Both the wall and roof panels are insulated for quieter operation.
Vehicle & Personnel Access Doors
The Zephyr cabin utilizes 10' wide insulated tri-fold door assemblies with a built in personnel door and observation windows. An optional drive through configuration is available.
